Company: Lucie Kutílková, DiS., IN: 71259635, based at Nad Lesem 948, Kutná Hora (hereinafter as “Operator”) processes personal data in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016, General Regulation on Personal Data Protection (“GDPR”), and other legislation. You give consent to the processing of personal data by checking in the “Pension U Hrádku”.
The following types of personal data are processed for the purpose of booking accommodation, restaurant or other business of the controller: duration of stay, purpose of stay, name, surname, permanent residence or place of residence abroad, date of birth, ID card or travel document number. This information is based on the resources provided either by the intermediary or directly from the data subject.
The Operator will process personal data manually and automatically directly through their authorized employees and through processors authorized by the Operator based on personal data processing agreements.
Czech Police, Czech Foreign Police and the Kutná Hora Municipal Authority may be provided with personal data of the data subject upon request.
The Operator will process the Personal Data for the period necessary to perform the Contract (accommodation and other services of the hotel facility) and/or defined by the applicable laws of higher order.
The data subject has the right to access their personal data processed by the Operator, its correction or deletion, or the limitation of its processing, and the right to object to said processing.
Furthermore, the data subject has the right to obtain from the Operator personal data relating to the data subject which the data subject has provided to the Operator. The Operator shall, upon request of the data subject, provide the data subject with data without undue delay in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, or provide it to another clearly designated controller upon request of the data subject. This right does not apply to personal data that is not processed in an automated fashion.
The operator does not intend to provide personal data to third countries.
If the data subject deems the processing of their personal data to be unjustified, they may complain to the supervisory authority, namely the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
